If you have any questions regarding your studies, possible future courses or just concerning the life in Heidelberg in general, do not hesitate to ask us. Also any other kind of comments or ideas are welcome!
The first and easiest way to contact a students representative is to come to our room in the Mathematikon (Im Neuenheimer Feld 205, Room 01.301) during our office hours and ask the students sitting around. Usually they can give you the answer you are looking for or at least tell you who is the responsible person.
If you cannot come to us during our office hours, feel free to send us an email to fachschaft@mathphys.stura.uni-heidelberg.de. Then we can find a date where someone can talk to you in person or the few lines of the response are already enough for you. Your mail is send to every student within the students council at once and you will get a competent answer for sure. Otherwise, feel free to call us under +49 (0)6221 54 14 999.
A few topics are managed by smaller work groups. If you prefer to talk to any of these guys, it might be better to visit one of their regular meetings.
